นโยบายการคืนเงิน

Last updated: 17 March 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based digital marketing services ("Services") provided by Nihao Bridge ("Company", "we", "us") to customers ("Client", "you") in the Kingdom of Thailand. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002), you have the right to cancel your subscription within 7 calendar days from the date of your first payment ("Cooling-Off Period") and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • No content has been created, approved, or published on your behalf;
  • No RedBook account has been registered or verified for your business; and
  • You submit a written cancellation request via email or our contact form.

3. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 7-day Cooling-Off Period, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Before content creation begins: You may cancel and receive a refund of the current month's subscription fee, minus any account setup costs already incurred.
  • After content has been created but not posted: You may cancel and receive a 50% refund of the current month's subscription fee. Content created remains the property of the Company.
  • After content has been posted: No refund will be issued for the current month's subscription fee, as the service for that period has been fully delivered.

4. Minimum Commitment Period

All plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months. If you cancel before completing the minimum commitment period, you are responsible for payment of the remaining months in the commitment period, unless the cancellation falls within the Cooling-Off Period described in Section 2.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Account setup fees once the RedBook account has been registered;
  • Subscription fees for months where content has already been posted;
  • Add-on services (KOC posts, additional UGC posts) once the content creator has been engaged;
  • Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., RedBook advertising fees).

6. Service Deficiency

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon number of posts or reports in a given month due to reasons attributable to the Company, you are entitled to:

  • A pro-rata credit applied to your next billing cycle for the undelivered services; or
  • A pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion if you choose to cancel.
